I designed this brush holder because I couldn't find a stick brush on the market that I liked. Some of the key features I was looking for that are incorporated into this piece are: Sleek design. This isn't bulky or heavy, so it fits really well into a crashpad. If you use a 2' stick and position the joint to 90º  the entire thing fits into a standard sized Organic pad. No sticking up and getting caught on branches! The ability to use any brush and stick that you want. No proprietary brushes here, as long as you can drill a couple of holes. The top portion of the brush holder has two Tnuts, so all you need are two holes 1.25" apart and you can attach nearly any brush. You can also use any stick that has a standard extension pole thread (used for brooms and paint roller extensions...and plungers.) Sustainability AND Durability. This entire body of this brush holder is made of Hard Maple, the hardware is all stainless steel, and even the handle on the tensioner is aluminum. The brush that comes standard is also boar's hair and wood. No plastic, and built to last. As a bonus, all parts are modular, so they can be replaced individually if needed. Finally, ease and range of adjustability. The brush holder is capable of a 180º sweep, so you have plenty of range to reach the hold surface. The adjustment is via a German made cam lever that allows the sweep angle to be adjusted in seconds, and the tension is adjustable as well, so if the wood wears in over time all you need to do is turn a couple more threads and you're ready to go!
